Nathan and Hope are the best! These guys have installed our  AC units, fireplaces, hearths, fixed our existing flu so it didn't rattle  upgraded our DUCTED AC to a zoned system and have been helpful with all the questions in general. I wouldn't trust anyone else to look after our heating and cooling needs! They give reasonable and easy to understand quotes, communication is brilliant and they're always pleasant to deal with. Even my dogs are in love with Nathan and we might send one home with him. 😜 So grateful I found Allstar when we went looking for help. We recently had a wood heater installed by All Star Installs and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Hope was an absolute pleasure to deal with – professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She kept everything well organised and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Nathan, who carried out the installation, did an exceptional job. His workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism were second to none. The installation was completed to a very high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which we really appreciated. It’s hard to find tradespeople who are this reliable, skilled, and easy to deal with, but Hope and Nathan truly exceeded our expectations. We are positively delighted with our new ducted air conditioning! Nathan, Hope and their team at All Star Install were brilliant from the very first chat. They were generous with their time, gave honest advice, and even helped put my mind at ease about a couple of unrelated house things I had been stressing about. Nathan also came out beforehand to remove our old system which made installation day super smooth. On the day, the whole team were friendly, efficient, tidy, and clearly took pride in the result. They stuck to the schedule, kept us informed, and made sure we knew how to get the most out of the system before they left. The price was very fair, especially for a proper full-house setup with high quality workmanship. And I have to say, I have never met anyone more excited about the technical side of air conditioning than Nathan. His enthusiasm for airflow, zoning and smart controls is a bit crazy, in the best possible way! All Star deserves ALL the stars! I highly recommend All Star Install. Our old ducted air conditioning/heating system broke down. We called All Star on the recommendation of a friend. Nathan came out on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem. By early in the week we had professionally presented quotes for repair and replacement of our system and all the information needed to choose a system suitable to our needs at a price we were really happy with. Nathan and Hope were quick to answer any queries and happy to talk through our final decision. We chose a recommended Panasonic system which was up and running in less than 2 weeks from our first call. Nathan did a very neat and professional job of the installation and left our house spotless after the work. From start to finish, All Star Install were extremely professional, their communication was first class, they made the process of choosing the right system simple and they did a great job of the installation. The Panasonic system is quiet and efficient and the the control panel is much clearer than our old Fujitsu system. I would recommend All Star Install to friends and anyone looking for a good quality product professionally installed at a very competitive price.
