Nathan’s a Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic & Air Conditioning Installer, with over 14 years of experience in the industry, 7 of those years being the owner and operator of All Star Install.

Along with Nathans passion for Air Conditioning installations, he has mastered the skills to design the perfect layout and correct sizing of the Air Conditioning Units to ensure each customer’s project is tailored to their individual needs and budget for their Home or Business.

Over the last 10 years, Nathan has also been very passionate about Wood Combustion Heaters, and has been the lead installer and warranty maintenance tradesperson for companies such as BBQ Galore and Bunnings for over 4 years.

Through his experience and exceptional customer service skills, he has been successful in obtaining direct dealership for some of the highest quality and most sought-after brands of Heaters and Air Conditioners in SA.

During his spare time, Nathan enjoys spending time with his family – 3 Children and Wife, Hope.
They are often found in the local community of Willunga doing various activities and finding the best Coffee shops or Wineries.

Admin and Accounts Officer, Hope has been working closely alongside Nathan for the duration of their time in partnership to assist with the ‘behind the scenes’ operations as well as answering all customers phone calls, messages, emails, and onsite meetings.

As well as her role with the company, Hope also is a full-time mum of 2, and is often working remotely at a local playground or café to provide entertainment for her children while providing exceptional service to each individual customer.

Through training over the last 4 years, Hope has become very confident in providing customers with information and accurate quotes for their particular needs and projects, paired with her exceptional customer service skills, no one is ever felt unsatisfied with the service they receive.
